I came to CofC as a unique student. I was a freshman but at the same time a transfer student. My "freshman year" was actually my gap year program. After studying abroad for a year, coming to college and settling down was hard.

I joined clubs and started events, then moved on trying to find my place. I joined a sorority and found some of my best friends, I served on the JSU/Hillel board and continued my passion for events and Israel, and I found jobs in the community which reflect my interests.

As I reflect on my short 3 and 1/2 years here at CofC, I realized that #findyourvoice for me was that I actually found my voice and am learning how to use it. I learned how to stand up for what I believe in and how to articulate my feelings into meaningful debate and discussion. I learned how to pursue my dreams, no matter how big or small they may be or seem. And I learned that my support system in this crazy journey called life is not limited.
